Accessibility statement

The Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia undertakes to make the sodisce.si website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 30/18).

This website meets the AA guidelines accessibility level of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.0 for web content design.

There are links to PDF (Adobe Acrobat) documents in several locations on the website. Accessibility of PDF documents can be problematic for blind people using a screen reader. PDF documents may be less accessible or inaccessible due to the variety of sources, including third parties, and the variety of technical methods used to produce them.

We accept notifications of cases of website accessibility non-compliance by email to srsu.vsrs@sodisce.si. We will respond to the notification or request within 8 days of receipt of said notification or request. If we are unable to provide an adequate response within this timeframe, you will be informed when a response will be provided and the reasons for the delay.

The Public Sector Inspectorate monitors the implementation of Articles 5 to 8 of the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.

If you find that the provisions of the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act are not being complied with, you can file a complaint with the Public Sector Inspectorate by post or by email to: gp.ijs@gov.si.
