Explanatory note

 

This site is intended to show information on the performance of courts derived from statistical data. It should be noted that to understand the data, it is also important to know the context. Registration of major and other cases in the courts

The Ministry of Justice determines which cases are considered major and which are considered other cases in the Methodological Basis for Statistical Surveys on the Operation of the Courts.

 

I. THE SUPREME COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
MAJOR MATTERS
Major cases are all cases that the Court deals with in the criminal, civil, commercial, administrative and labour and social welfare divisions.
Separate monitoring is carried out for SuNp cases, supervisory complaints and RoP cases, and cases of motions for a preliminary ruling.
